Jay Jenkins is the Director of Small & Minority Business Development at OneSpartanburg, Inc. He is active and committed to business development and community involvement. He is passionate about helping people and enabling small businesses to develop and prosper in their local communities.

Jay has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and with community engagement. He has held leadership positions with large financial institutions, including Bank of America, KeyBank Corp, and SunTrust Bank. He also was the business development officer at the CLIMB Fund, whose mission is to provide access to capital for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

He is a graduate of South Carolina State University. He is also a board member of the Urban League.
